• Refunds & Cancellations

  If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit and any additional pre-paid packages. If you would like to cancel your Christmas Day booking, please give us 7 days’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers.

  If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change (after 11 December 2025), your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and no later than 18 December 2025. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 7 days’ notice, no refund is available. To obtain your refund please call the pub you placed your booking with.

Full allergen information can be found at www.hungryhorse.co.uk or on our app. Our dishes are prepared in kitchens where nuts and gluten are present as well as other allergens; we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely ‘free from’ any specific allergen or traces of allergens, due to the risk of unexpected cross contamination. We do not include ‘may contain’ information. Please note that we do not operate a dedicated vegetarian/vegan kitchen area. Our menu descriptions do not list all ingredients. Please advise the team of any dietary requirements before ordering. Nutritional information is correct at the time of print. We would advise all our guests contact a member of the team on the date of their visit to confirm the allergen information of their selected meals. We’d love to organise your Christmas celebrations – you can book online, in person in the pub or over the phone. Please be aware the allergen information for our dishes may change between the time of booking and the date of your visit. Dishes on the No Gluten Containing Ingredients Menu are made with ingredients that do not intentionally contain gluten. Please ensure a member of the team is aware that you are ordering from our No Gluten Containing Ingredients Menu. Children between 5-10 years old need around 1,800 calories a day, but this will vary by child, age and level of activity. All items are subject to availability during food service hours. All products subject to availability on a site-by-site basis. No booking is confirmed until a prepayment is received: £9.99 deposit per child is required (£10.99 for bookings on Christmas Eve).
