Our menu descriptors do not include all ingredients. Full allergen information will be available to view HERE in the next few weeks. Whilst we take care to preserve the integrity of our vegetarian and vegan products, we must advise that these are handled in a multi-kitchen environment.

2. Please advise the team on any dietary requirements when ordering. Please be aware that we do not operate in an allergen free environment. All our dishes are prepared in kitchens where nuts and gluten are present as well as other allergens; therefore, we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from traces of allergens, due to the risk of unexpected cross contamination. Photography is for illustration purposes only. Sometimes there’s not enough room on our menus to list all ingredients so please have a chat with us if you have any questions or concerns.
3. We’d love to organise your Christmas celebrations. You can book online, in pub or over the phone – no booking is confirmed until a £5 per person deposit is received.
4. The Festive Fayre menu will be available between 9th November 2021 and 1st January 2022, excluding 25th, 26th & 31st December 2021.
5. Please confirm your Festive Fayre menu choices and any pre-order drinks at least 7 days prior to your booking. If your booking is less than 7 days' away, your menu choices will be required at least 2 days prior to dining.
6. Please remember to bring your receipt with you on the day – it makes life a lot easier!
7. All items are subject to availability – we’ll always do our best to provide your choices but apologise in advance if we can’t. We reserve the right to alter or amend the offer at any time.
8. If you or anyone in your party need to cancel your booking, please contact us ASAP as any meals not taken on the day may be charged unless 48 hours’ notice is given.

To be eligible to receive a voucher, you must make an online booking on one of our Festive menus for a minimum party of four guests. The online booking must be made and a deposit paid in full by 31st October 2021. £15 gift vouchers are valid from 3rd January to 31st March 2022 - excluding Valentine's Day 14th February 2022, Mother's Day weekend 26th and 27th March 2022. Only one gift voucher will be accepted per transaction. No cash alternative. The voucher may only be used in a single transaction and no change will be given. At least £5 of the total voucher value must be spent on food, including at least one main meal, which can include breakfast and sharers. Voucher cannot be used against the balance of the Festive booking. Voucher cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers including friend & family vouchers – but can be used against promotion (e.g. daily deals or set menus). Gift vouchers are not available to Greene King employees or those under 18 years old. All of our bookings are subject to government guidelines. This Christmas, if government advice changes and we need to make any updates to our guidance and booking policies, we will do so here on our website. So please check back to ensure that you have the most up to date detail - for your and our teams’ safety.
If you need to cancel due to Covid-19 guidance:
If any of your party (or your whole group) need to cancel or amend your booking due to Covid-19 guidance, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask that you give us as much notice as you can and we will aim to move your booking where possible to a new date. If this is not possible, we will refund your deposit/full payment.
If we need to cancel due to pub closure:
If we are unable to honour your booking due to the pub being closed then we will give you as much notice as possible and, if we can’t guarantee a new opening date or you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will of course give you a full refund on your deposit and any other payments you have made.
If government rules lead to cancellation:
If your booking can no longer go ahead due to changes in government rules (e.g. party size is larger than allowed for group gatherings), we can either move your booking to a new future date and then review rules again nearer the time, or we can offer a full refund on your deposit and any other payments you have made.
Refund process:
Refunds will be made either to your card or onto a gift card to spend with us when you are able to get together once more. Refunds and gift card loading can only be managed by a member of our team in pub so please contact the pub in the first instance to discuss.
