  No booking is confirmed until a prepayment is received: £11.99 deposit per child is required. Please refer to the website for details on refunds & cancellations. Booking includes a visit to see Santa, a surprise, a free play on the day and a choice from Christmas Tree Waffles, Santa Pancakes, Kids full breakfast and a drink for £11.99 (selected range only). Free play on the day is available from your booking time for up to 2 hours. Adults can eat from both breakfast with Santa or core breakfast menu. Photography is for illustrative purposes only and crockery may vary from pub to pub. Management reserves the right to withdraw/change offers (without notice) at any time. Full allergen and nutritional information can be found at www.hungryhorse.co.uk or on our app. Our dishes are prepared in kitchens where nuts and gluten are present as well as other allergens; we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely ‘free from’ any specific allergen or traces of allergens, due to the risk of unexpected cross contamination. We do not include ‘may contain’ information. Please note that we do not operate a dedicated vegetarian/vegan kitchen area. Our menu descriptions do not list all ingredients. If you are concerned about the presence of allergens in your food or if you have any specific dietary requirements, please ask your server before ordering. Nutritional information is correct at the time of print. We would advise all our guests contact a member of the team on the date of their visit to confirm the allergen information of their selected meals. Please be aware the allergen information for our dishes may change between the time of booking and the date of your visit. Children between 5-10 years old need around 1,800 calories a day, but this will vary by child, age and level of activity. All items are subject to availability during food service hours. • Refunds & Cancellations

  Refunds & Cancellations:

  If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit and any additional pre-paid packages.

  If you would like to cancel your Festive booking, please give us 48 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers.

  If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change (if your booking is less than 7 days’ away), your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 48 hours, no refund is available.
