  These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.  Please retain a copy for your information.

  The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy).  From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the delivery of the vouchers.

  1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group, employees of any participating outlet and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion. One 2-4-1 voucher per person.

      

  2. How to take part:

      

     1. Click the link on social media posts found on Facebook or Instagram or scan the QR code on point of sales items in-venue to be directed to (xxxxxxx.com) Your standard network rates apply.
     2. Confirm that you are over the age of 18 and eligible to take part in this promotion.
     3. Once scanning the QR code or clicking through the social media link, you will then see instructions on how to claim your 2-4-1 voucher.
        1. Upon completing the entry form you will be able to claim your 2-4-1 voucher.
        2. Clicking ‘Claim 2-4-1 voucher’ will take you to the ATSC@LE sign-up page. Promotional SKUs apply.
     4. Enter your first name, last name and email address.
     5. Confirm your acceptance of the promotion terms and conditions.
     6. Select the location you want to redeem your 2-4-1 voucher of Birra Moretti from a selection of participating venues.

        Allow your location to be shared if prompted or manually search for locations to find your chosen participating outlet.

        If you don’t see this pop-up, please make sure your smartphone is set to allow location access on your browser, otherwise it won’t work. Alternatively select the location where you want to redeem your complimentary Birra Moretti voucher.  Vouchers are geofenced to a selected location.

     7. Shortly after selecting a participating venue, you will receive an email with information on how to access and redeem your voucher.  Receiving an email does not guarantee a voucher for redemption.  See Term 4 below.
     8.  Do not try to access the voucher until you are physically at the selected participating venue, doing so will result in the forfeit of your voucher.
     9. Once at the selected venue, click on the link in your email and swipe as instructed to display your digital voucher. Your voucher will display a unique code or moving image depending on which venue you have selected.  This is your voucher.
     10. You have 30 minutes from swiping to redeem your voucher in venue.
     11. Do not refresh the page until your voucher has been redeemed by the bar staff, who will need to click the “Voucher redeemed” button on the participants phone. 
     12. The bar staff will provide you with two Birra Moretti’s and charge you for one. There must be 2 people present. You must make payment to the bar staff for one Birra Moretti. Offer is only valid on two of the same Birra Moretti variants. 
     13. Voucher is only available for redemption between 1^st September 2025 and 28^th September 2025.
     14. The promotion ends at midnight on 28^th September 2025, or when the cap of 40,000 vouchers has been reached (whichever is sooner).

      

     1. Vouchers must be redeemed prior to midnight on 28^th September 2025. Vouchers claimed but not redeemed will be void as of midnight on 28^th  September 2025.

  3. This offer is only valid on two of the same Birra Moretti variants listed in clause 2(p).  Birra Moretti variants available may vary per outlet.

      

  4. A total of 40,000 2-4-1 vouchers will be available to claim during this promotion. The Promoter will email a link to the voucher. The email is not the voucher and it does not guarantee a free Birra Moretti. Once the voucher has been activated from the email, the voucher will confirm if the promotional period has ended or if the cap of 40,000 vouchers has been reached. The Promoter will monitor the number of vouchers available via the number of vouchers redeemed throughout the promotion period. The Promoter will not be liable for any compensation where an email has been sent, but it has not been redeemed prior to the cap of 40,000 vouchers being reached or the promotion ending at midnight on 28^th September 2025.

      

  5. Service is at the discretion of bar staff. If service is refused for any reason no further voucher or replacement reward will be provided.

      

  6. Entries must be made personally.  Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen entries. The Promoter is not responsible for vouchers lost due to attempted redemption outside of the selected participating venue.

      

  7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to honour a voucher and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry.  The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  8. There is no cash or other alternative to the Birra Moretti in whole or in part.  2-4- 1 vouchers not transferrable, exchangeable or refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.

      

  9. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

      

  10. Due to circumstances outside of their control the manager reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

       

  11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control. 
  12. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any of the social media platforms where the post promoting the promotion is featured.  None of the social media platforms listed above are responsible to entrants in respect of any aspect of this promotion.
  13. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

       

  14. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.  The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
