No booking is reserved until a deposit of £10 per adult and £5 per child is received – and then full payment is required by 11th December 2025 (or within 48 hours, if booking after this date, no later than 18th December 2025.) If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit and any additional pre-paid packages.

If you would like to cancel your Christmas Day booking, please give us 7 days’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers.

If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change (after 11 December 2025), your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and no later than 18 December 2025. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 7 days’ notice, no refund is available.

To be eligible to receive a £10 voucher, you must make an online booking for one of our festive menus for a minimum party of four guests by 31st October 2025. The online booking must be made and the deposit paid in full by 31st October 2025.

£10 gift vouchers are valid from 2nd January - 31st March 2026, excluding Valentine's Day 14th February 2026 and Mother's Day weekend 14th and 15th March 2026.
