• Refunds & Cancellations

  Refunds & Cancellations:

  If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit and any additional pre-paid packages.

   

  Festive Menu:

  If you would like to cancel your Festive booking, please give us 48 hours’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers.

  If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change (if your booking is less than 7 days’ away), your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 48 hours, no refund is available.

  To obtain your refund please just call the pub you placed your booking with.

   

  Christmas Day Menu:

  If you would like to cancel your Christmas Day booking, please give us 7 days’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers.

   

  If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change (after 11 December), your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and no later than 18 December. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 7 days’ notice, no refund is available.

• EARLY BOOKING offer 

  To be eligible to receive a voucher, you must make an online booking for our Festive or Christmas Day Menu, for a minimum party of four guests. The online booking must be madeand a deposit paid in full by 31st October 2025. £10 gift vouchers are valid from 2nd January to 31st March 2026 - excluding Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. One gift voucher will be accepted per transaction. No cash alternative. The voucher may only be used in a single transaction and no change will be given. At least £5 of the total voucher value must be spent on food, including at least one main meal, which can include breakfast and sharers. Voucher cannot be used against the balance of the Festive booking. Voucher cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers including friend & family vouchers – but can be used against promotions (e.g. daily deals or set menus). Greene King reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time. Gift vouchers are not available to Greene King employees or those under 18 years old. Vouchers will be delivered electronically by email on 2nd January 2026 (if you have provided a valid email address as part of your online booking and have opted-in to receive our marketing communications). Gift vouchers are redeemable at participating Hungry Horse pubs. To redeem, please present your unique voucher code within the email you receive at the till. Enjoy responsibly.
