We’d love to organise your Christmas Day celebration – you can book online, in person in the pub or over the phone. Christmas Day menu is available 25th December 2025 only. No booking is reserved until a deposit of £10 per adult and £5 per child is received – and then full payment is required by 11th December 2025 (or within 48 hours, if booking after this date, no later than 18th December 2025.) Please confirm your pre-order food choices by 11th December 2025 (or within 48 hours, if booking after this date). All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter or amend the offer at any time. If your party cancel on you, please tell us ASAP as charges may apply unless 7 days’ notice is given. Refunds & Cancellations:
If for any reason we are unable to host your get-together, we will give you as much notice as possible and if we can’t guarantee a new date, and you are not happy to re-book in the future, we will give you a full refund of your deposit and any additional pre-paid packages.
Christmas Day Menu:
If you would like to cancel your Christmas Day booking, please give us 7 days’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers.
If you increase numbers, and we can accommodate, please ensure you pay the extra deposit when booking the additional customer(s) and if it’s a late change (after 11 December), your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and no later than 18 December. If any drop in numbers or cancellations happen within 7 days’ notice, no refund is available.
To obtain your refund please just call the pub you placed your booking with.
- To be eligible to receive a £10 voucher, you must make an online booking for one of our festive menus for a minimum party of four guests by 31st October 2025. The online booking must be made and the deposit paid in full by 31st October 2025.
£10 gift vouchers are valid from 2nd January - 31st March 2026, excluding Valentine's Day 14th February 2026 and Mother's Day weekend 14th and 15th March 2026. Only one gift voucher will be accepted per transaction. No cash alternative. The voucher may only be used in a single transaction and no change will be given. At least £5 of the total voucher value must be spent on food, including at least one main meal, which can include breakfast and sharers. Voucher cannot be used against the balance of the festive booking. Voucher cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers, including friend & family vouchers – but can be used against promotion (e.g. daily deals or set menus).
