1.Go to a theme park

After all the fun, why not recharge at one of our pubs nearby? The Weathervane on the outskirts of Stoke is ideal for a family-friendly meal after an exhilarating day out. Better still, it’s also got a hotel attached, so you can stay there for a lot less than at Alton Towers!
Thorpe Park in Surrey is another must-visit if you love rides, packed with loads more heart-pounding attractions. Head to the Twynersh afterwards to end the day on a high, which is only a short walk away from the theme park!

If you’re still buzzing from the thrills of the theme park, why not dive into some arcade fun? Many parks have arcades packed with classic games, but you can also find them at fun fairs, amusement parks and even in shopping centres like the Trafford Centre near Manchester.Arcades are one of the best things to do with kids!
